Every Leader360™ meeting follows a structured 4-part agenda designed to create clarity, solve real issues, and maintain accountability month after month.

The first two parts repeat at every meeting. The last two parts rotate and adapt to what the group needs most.

Part 2 - Member Issues & Hot-Seat Strategy Sessions
